Walla Walla

A 37-year-old man went to a local hospital for treatment after his girlfriend “picked up two lead pipes” and struck him on the arm during an argument. The man was later arrested on an outstanding warrant from the Walla Walla County Sheriff’s Office.

Charges of $966 reported on a credit card stolen from the 500 block of East Chestnut Street.

A 50-year-old man was cited for improper backing after he reportedly caused a rear-end collision at the intersection of Edith Street and Ninth Avenue: no injuries reported.

A 61-year-old woman struck another vehicle while attempting a U-turn near the intersection of Wilbur Avenue and Whitman Street: no injuries reported.

A bike reportedly stolen from a garage in the 400 block of West Pine Street.

Graffiti reported on a bench at a park at 7 W. Main St. Soap was also reportedly poured into a fountain at the same address.

A motorized-bicycle reported stolen in the 300 block of South Fourth Avenue.

Walla Walla County

An unlicensed 15-year-old boy crashed his mother’s new car into a dirt embankment after borrowing the vehicle without permission. There were no injuries reported, and the car was reportedly driven from the scene.

College Place

Trimmers reported stolen from a shed in the 700 block of Suncrest Terrace.

A house reportedly burglarized and “ransacked” in the 200 block of Southeast 11th Street.


Two 17-year-old students, a boy and girl, got into a scuffle at Prescott High School after the boy told the girl he didn’t want “to hear her drama” when she complained that people were making fun of her for not wearing makeup: no arrests.


Wallet reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1300 block of Lupine Street.

Ranch vehicles broken into in the 85000 block of Telephone Pole Road.

Vehicle prowl reported on Stonewood Court.

Wallet reported stolen from a truck in the 50000 block of Highway 339.


WW Police

Michael K. Johnson, 22, California, Tuesday. Charge: investigation of residential burglary.

WW County Sheriff

Brion R. Grigsby, 54, Kennewick, Tuesday. Charge: investigation of failing to register as a sex offender.
