Walla Walla

A Garmin GPS was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 600 block of Ankeny Street.

A carton of cigarettes, sunglasses and a GPS unit reported stolen from vehicles in the 1600 block of Sturm Avenue.

Police arrested a 33-year-old woman for shoplifting assorted groceries at Safeway on Rose Street.

A 33-year-old woman turned in an iPad she purchased from “someone she met on the street” to police after she discovered the tablet had been reported stolen. The woman said she bought the device in February for $45.

A 38-year-old woman reported her cell phone and medication stolen in the 500 block of South Second Avenue.

College Place

Two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Fourth Street and Birch Avenue.


Five teens were injured Saturday in a one-vehicle collision on Patrick Trail, near the Tucannon Campground. A 15-year-old boy and a 13-year-old boy were transported by Life Flight to Kadlec General Hospital. A second 13-year-old boy ran roughly 4 miles to get help following the collision. All of the teens survived.


Stereo equipment reported stolen from a truck on Sand Ridge Lane while the owner was hospitalized.


A West Ballou Road woman reported her 1984 Chevrolet K30 pickup truck was stolen.


A South State Street woman reported her neighbor’s malamute been barking non-stop for six months.
