Walla Walla

A resident in the 1100 block of Hobson Street reported the theft of a Ford 250 Lariat pickup by an acquaintance. The suspect was apprehended in Yakima and the vehicle recovered.

A two-vehicle, non-injury, rear-end collision occurred Thursday 3:52 p.m. at S. Division and Alder streets.

A motorist struck a pedestrian at Second Avenue and Alder Street Thursday 5:50 p.m. No injuries were reported, and no medical transport was required.

Walla Walla County

A resident of the 300 block of Reser Road reported damage to garden lights and a drip-irrigation system that occurred Thursday overnight.


A resident of the 1200 block of N. Elizabeth Street today reported the theft of items from the storage freezer on her back patio.

MF Police

Brian Henry Bettencourt, 50, 111 SW First Ave. Charge: investigation of disorderly conduct and second degree trespass.


CP Police

Johnathan J. Rosario, 20. Charge: investigation of second degree theft and first degree trafficking in stolen property.
