CRIMINAL CASES - Walla Walla County - Jennifer A. Zamito, 21, Spokane, was sentenced March 29 on one count violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act. The court dismissed one other count. The sentence included restitution of $1,147.06, $200 in court costs, $62 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 crime lab and biological fee, 30 days in the county jail, credit for 30 days served, 12 months community custody.

CRIMINAL CASES — Walla Walla County — Jacqeline A. Shull, 50, 1149 Sentry Drive, College Place, was sentenced March 22 on one count third-degree theft. The court dismissed one other count. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $62 in sheriff fees, $250 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, nine days in the county jail, credit for nine days served. On March 22 Shull pleaded guilty to stealing pills from another that were less than $750 in value on Feb. 10.
