Clint was born on June 25, 1982, at Walla Walla General Hospital to Ernie and Elaina Filan. He grew up actively involved in his church, First Assembly of God, where he attended the Mustard Seed preschool, and Liberty Christian School, where he was a Royal Ranger of the year for two consecutive years. He also played multiple years of church basketball and at 6 foot 5 and 250 pounds he was a force to be reckoned with.
Clint graduated in the class of 2000 from Walla Walla High School. He was an accomplished athlete playing several years of football, basketball, 1999 State Champion 4A division and placed at 1999 State Finals track and field in shot put.
Clint grew up as a fourth-generation farmer alongside his brother, dad and cousins on the family farm. His grandpa, Arne Filan, taught him how to drive his first semi truck at the age of 12.
Clint married his wife, Jo, in 2007. They lived in Spokane with their two children, Dominique and Austin. He was a dedicated husband and father and gave them unconditional love each day.
He loved his family and friends. What people will remember Clint most for is his spirit of compassion and gentleness. He had a deep appreciation for all of God’s creations.

Clint is survived by his wife, Jo; children, Dominique and Austin; mom Elaina, dad Ernie; brother, Lester; grandparents, Arne and Harriet Filan, Dan and Maysel Bowers; father-in-law, Ken; grandpa Warren and grandma Dorothy Campbell; multiple aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his aunt Sheryl Bowers Casey; and uncle Kevin Bowers. He blessed us with his beautiful life everyday and will be missed until we meet again.

“For God so loved the world that He gave his only son that who so ever believeth in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16
