1929 - 2013
Esther LaVonne Cutler of Swea City, Iowa, more recently of Starbuck, passed into the presence of her Savior on Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, surrounded by her beloved family.
LaVonne was born May 28, 1929, to John Albert Swanson and Marie Eleanor Medin Swanson at St. Croix Falls, Wisc. LaVonne married Charles Edward Eggerth in 1950. They lived in Iowa and Minnesota. Eight children were born to them.
LaVonne is survived by eight children, Shelley Tea of Seattle, Charles (Priscilla) Eggerth of Winston-Salem, N.C., Sheila (David) McIlroy of Starbuck, Darrell (Joyce) Eggerth of Lancaster, Calif., Richard Eggerth of Hanska, Minn., Elaine Rudy of Genoa City, Wisc., Leonard Eggerth of Boomer, N.C., and Valerie (Larry) Freeze of China Grove, N.C. She was preceded in death by her parents and by three husbands.
She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
There will be a memorial service held at Starbuck Community Church in Starbuck at 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 11, 2013.
