Clint Cannon of Waller, Texas, loses his hat but not his poise as he rides a bad bronc called Star Wars to a score of 84 and first place in the bareback riding at the Frontier Days Rodeo that concluded Sunday night in the Walla Walla Fairgrounds arena. Cannon, ranked No. 1 in the world in the event, overtook No. 2-ranked Bobby Mote, who posted an 83 minutes earlier to temporarily hold the lead.
