City of Walla Walla Parks & Recreation certified arborist Tom Keown cuts broken limbs off a vandalized tree in Pioneer Park Thursday morning. Along with tearing up multiple flower beds and damaging many other trees, all limbs on this 5-10 year old tree were broken over night forcing Keown to cut it down completely. Thursday, August 5, 2010

Vandals who struck Pioneer Park late Wednesday or early today caused an estimated $5,000 in damage, city police reported today.
