Michael Haack putts on the 18th green during the final round of the Northwest Open Invitational Wednesday at Wine Valley Golf Club. Haack, an amateur from Kent, Wash., tied with Brandon Kearney for second place, with both one shot behind tournament champion Brian Thornton's 204. Haack finished the third day at a 5-under-par 66, for the three-day total at 12-under-par 204.
