Alyssa Wells (left) and Crystal Deschaine (right) gather canned vegetables to pack in to boxes for families in need this holiday season to help complete a food drive at the Milton-Freewater SDA Church on Highway 11. The food drive collected around 7,500 canned goods, most coming from area schools, including 2,911 cans from Ferndale Elementary School, 2,911 cans from Grove Elementary School and 1,482 cans from Freewater Elementary School.
