Wednesday was in the neighborhood for a nice day---finally---as the sun made a quick, last-minute appearance through broken clouds above Walla Walla shortly after 4:30pm. The warm skies offered a prelude to a forecast, over the next few days, for warm temps, clear skies and a break in the gray, colorless winter weather norm.
