City of Walla Walla grounds maintenance worker Kyle Clemens unwraps gold holiday garland and lights from a street light pole on Main Street Tuesday morning. This is the first year the City has put up the gold and red holiday garland and Clemens said they received "lots of positive comments." Clemens believes the decorations will become an annual thing.
