Laying curbside after the holiday season, a withering Christmas Tree sits in the snow as a City of Walla Walla garbage truck passes on Whitman Street Thursday morning. This year the City is no longer collecting trees, pick-ups must be scheduled for over the weekend with local Boy Scouts to dispose of unwanted trees. Thursday, January 6, 2011
