Teagan Wilke, 10, and Siera Marshall, 5, of Walla Walla, pat a willing Izzy the camel. Izzy was relaxing after his march in the parade in Waitsburg on Saturday. The parade had as many participants as most years, Waitsburg Commercial Club President Robbie Johnson said, although there weren't many horses. Following the parade, crafters, musicians and civic groups offered pottery, raffles, baked goods, used books, jewelry and other items for sale. A lineup of musicians performed during the afternoon. For kids, there was miniature golf, a bounce house, a carnival and other games.
