James Hayner of the law firm of Minnick-Hayner and Laurie Wolfram help new Walla Walla County Superior Court Judge Scott Wolfram put on his official robe of office Tuesday moments after Wolfram was sworn into office. Wolfram was the seventh member of the Minnick-Hayner law firm to be elected to the bench and the 22nd Superior Court judge in Walla Walla County’s history.
