Dancers, musicians and corned beef and cabbage will be featured on St. Patrick’s Day. Laht Neppur Ale House, 53 S. Spokane St., started Friday with about 80 people who turned out to hear the Blarney Cats and watch Elizabeth Fleming’s Irish dance class. Fleming is behind dancer Erika Horwege.
