Authorities are reporting that two vehicles collided head-on along Highway 12 at Airport Road this morning, killing one woman.
Rocky Eastman, fire chief of Walla Walla Fire District 4, said the highway may still be closed as investigators work at the scene to assess the crash, which occurred about 4 a.m.
More details to come. The Washington State Patrol is the lead investigating agency.
