WALLA WALLA - You don't have to be Irish to help Catholic Charities and Catholic Schools of Walla Walla, but you might want to wear green.
Chili, Irish pasties, coleslaw, cupcakes, hot dogs, green Jell-O, green beer and lemonade will be served from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Blanchett Hall.
During the evening, Irish music and dancing will also be on tap.
Proceeds will benefit programs such as Catholic Charities, which serves needy families in the area through counseling, a free diaper program and more.
Tickets are $9 for adults, $7 for seniors, $5 for kids 12 and under, free for children under 3 and $25 per family. Tickets may be purchased at the door or in advance. For more information, call 525-0572.
