TOUCHET -- Jody K. Kromm and Jose Godinez were the clear winners in the primary race for Touchet School Board position 5, and will face off in the November general election.
Kromm received 44 percent, or 92 votes, while Godinez received 82 of the 210 votes cast in the race, or 39 percent. The third candidate in the race, Eric Burt, received 36 votes, or 17 percent.
