The Republicans are in control of the House of Representatives. The flow of legislations is that The Speaker of the House (Boehner) brings legislation to the floor of The House. It needs to pass there, but the Tea-Baggers are not passing anything and holding the country hostage. After passing The House, it needs to pass the Senate, and then go to the President for signing. The problem in Washington is THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, under Boehner's leadership, can't, won't, doesn't want to pass anything. This has been the lease effective Congress, passing fewer pieces than any other in history! From listening to all of the Republican debates it seems like everything is Obama's fault including Newt's open relationship (hardly conservative), Romney's low tax rate of 15%(I am in the 33% tax bracket), Romney's favorite past-time of firing people, and the weather. Republicans never take responsibility for anything, including how we got in to this mess.
