Some recent Wolf gnus from Idaho:
Spend money to 'reintroduce' them then spend money to 'thin the pack....'
Makes total sense; keeps people employed.....
Recent Wolf news from Idaho:
Interesting. Spend money to 'reintroduce' them....
Then spend money to 'thin the ranks'.....
But, its only money, as a local aviary struggles for funds......
As the fortune cookie says, 'May You Live In Interesting Times....'
Another item to consider is the 'direction of energy flow' between the water and the turbine.
Is the 'water turning the turbine' or the 'turbine moving the water?'
Once this is determined, then which one (water or turbine) is moving the faster???
The 'blender' might be doing the exact opposite of the turbine.......
As my fortune cookie usually says, "May You Live In Interesting Times."

Just one recent example:
But, alas, after this is all done, no money left to keep a well liked Aviary open......
Given the large $$$ value of revenues anticipated to result from the newly the authorized sale of 'smokes,' perhaps some funding stream for the Aviary could be set up from those future sales revenues......
Perhaps call it ''Puffin' for a Puffin???'
Hopefully the Aviary's future will be reconsidered....
This link will help explain the snow and water relationship:
I'd say our recent snow fall was on the 'drier' side....
Another term to look up is 'snow water equivalent...'
Link to the original letter in a cold land far far away:
Meanwhile, in a cold land far far away, similar debates are engaging the readers:
Looks like 'business is booming' in various places:
Looks like a 'dot gov' is kicking a new set of hubs out from the sidelines......
And Tuesday's (Feb 4th) UB mentions an Imnaha Pack member 'treating' on some tender Lamb-kins for dinner....
