The scammers have also called spoofing the WW Sheriff's Office number, but then they tell you it is your local police. They must not know the difference between the Sheriff's Office and the Police Department.

The wrist hold was used when the boy resisted, prior to that, there was no reason to apply the wrist hold.
I think the moral of this story is: parents, don't ever, ever lay a hand on your child regardless of what that child does or under any circumstances. Is the child resisting or going against your wishes? Oh well. Even grabbing an arm could get you in trouble with the law.
The boy admitted that he voluntarily went with his dad but then changed his mind. He admitted that after he changed his mind, he physically resisted his dad, at which point he was injured.
I believe it is Mr. Cooper, not Turner, who said "under advise of legal counsel I have to decline . . . " That would mean that Cooper has legal counsel. And, I don't know of any business that can openly discuss anyone's termination in a public forum, unless it may have been criminal. That does not appear to be the case with Cooper, so Turner is probably held by the County not to discuss Cooper's termination.
I think they should also ban perfume from the parks and any public building as well. Some of it is so nauseating that it makes me throw up. Oh, and how about banning all field burning as well. And diesel trucks - the fumes they spew is awful as well. I'm sure I could come up with a number of other things that smell bad.
Unfortunately, you can purchase a social security number of a dead person for around $100.00.
They need to check out Burning Man for medical and probably a whole bunch of other infrastructure items.
You have to be 65 to get Medicare and you have to have x number of credits to get social security benefits. Below is a really good article on how it would work.
