This sounds like a workable plan and without the city mismanaging funds it will probably be successful!

The U.S. Government needs to take better care of its veterans. The true cost of war goes beyond the battlefield and these men and women should have resources and services at their disposal.

I would like the City Council to announce that they have assembled a task force that will work to keep the aviary open. Why aren't they partnering with Tourism Walla Walla? The very first time I visited Walla Walla and I went to the aviary every single day and I ultimately purchased a home in the community. Preservation is a concept that this City Council does not have the bandwidth to comprehend. Pay attention - your constituents are not happy with your decision.

CMR is the highest ranking Republican woman in the House and Nancy Pelosi is thee highest ranking woman overall. As Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi has held the highest office of any woman in the land, but Hillary will soon change that when she becomes president. Please do your research Kip.

Employees should be focusing on their work and not fiddling with their firearms. The same goes with smart phones! Put your phones down and do your job! Work is not free time, that's why it's called work!

VinoTinto 2 months, 1 week ago on Letter - Estimate for Aviary is about $1 million

Just recently Allen Pomraning wrote a letter complaining how much it costs to be a city council member. He complained that he had to buy a couple of new suits and purchase a new car so he could attend meetings. He continued by informing the public that he would be requesting significantly more money to attend the meetings that are already part of the job description. Allen Pomraning has his back, but not the taxpayer's back.
The city has never shown any real interest in preserving the aviary so Mr. Pomraning decided that he would be the catalyst to do away with an attraction that so many residents and tourists enjoy. What a legacy Mr. Pomraning. Pathetic!

I will never vote for those clowns nor contribute to their re-election campaigns. The aviary is one of my favorite things about Walla Walla. Enjoy your fat raises while you sit on your fat arses and do nothing!!!
