I was also an employee of Walla Walla Community College for over fifteen years. ClarkFamily and Just Wondering are both stating the cold hard truth. Trust me, I saw way too much political corruption during my tenure at WWCC. Both with the treatment of staff and faculty, priority to "special" programs and misguided funds in the business office. This article in Sunday's UB is just a pimple on an iceberg. I hope the WWCC Board of Directors are intellegent enough to see through the smoke screen. It has been time to clean house in the entire administration department for MANY years! Let's just say WWCC has been ran with the "good old boys" philosophy, for way to long! Time to clean house!
How childish of Cooper and Blackman! Walking out and crying like school children certainly shows ZERO leadership skills! Anyone of them could have video taped the debate. Turner has proven he can stand up for his community and has taken a stand against gangs, drugs and violence in our community. Who wants a cry baby for a leader and our Sheriff? Not me, Turner gets our vote! Let the other two cry in the corner!
Where is the corner of Maple and Murphy Street in Walla Walla? I have never heard of Murphy Street in Walla Walla? Please tell us where this is located?
