They got turned down b/c they were overreaching. If they had asked to sell cheese/products made on-site they would have been approved. But they want to run a tasting room for wine that is not produced onsite and hold events like weddings with alcohol. They just need to scale back and sell onsite goods which is goat cheese and meat
