Way to go Andie!! :)
So do people really think that violence will stop if guns are taken away? Rights are stripped from us?
What about people killing with knives and other weapons of choice? Are we going to do something about that too? People every day commit murder by their own hands. How about just forcing your community to conform to a certain way of life? Last time I looked, this was a free country. HA!
So now someone tell me how are we going to keep teaching Hunter Safety classes. Those kids don't own those guns. What about Women on Target classes that teaches women to hold and shoot a firearm safely? Those women aren't going to go out and purchase a gun before going to class like that. That's the whole reason why they are there. To train them to use a firearm. How are these classes going to work for our kids and our gun safety classes? Will those programs go away? This isn't going to change anything regarding criminals and having guns....obviously. You can read in the newspaper almost weekly and see that someone has been picked up for a felon in possession of a firearm. Criminals are criminals. This law won't protect us nor will it benefit us. I am disappointed that it passed. More research by voters should have been done before approving this law.
It's not that loud at the fair. I think with our hills the acoustics just travel well. Quit complaining. At least we have a fair. It's only a couple of days a year.
Sad. Why would anyone do that, let alone bring your little brother into it. People just amaze me.
They should build a indoor water park in one of these hotels for the community to also use with of course a day use fee. These are becoming quite popular and would be a great thing for Walla Walla since we have no other option in this great little town except for going out of town. :)
It doesn't matter where they are. Any parent with common sense will NOT drink while driving their children around...or themselves for that matter. Whether it is served in a business or at someone's BBQ......what is the difference? They could walk up the street two blocks and have a couple of glasses of wine also while waiting...I don't think JJ getting permission to serve alcohol after hours has anything to do with parents being stupid.
Very sad. I know of a few people who have done this to be put in the jail because they were tired of being homeless. I hope he gets the help he needs to become clean.
I think it would only be a conflict of interest if she sat on a trial where she was also the coroner. I am sure in a situation like that, they call in another attorney in the matter. That's my guess, but I could be wrong.
