I do agree but the feds did and passed the law and State law does not supersede Federal laws. Or unless if that has been changed in the dark of night recently?

I have started reading some books written by Ian Rutherford Plimer, who is an Australian geologist. He is alwo a professor emeritus of earth sciences, professor of mining geology and director of miltiple mineral exploration and mining companies. He has published 130 scientific papers, 6 books and edited the Encyclopedia of Geology. Appearing to be a very good read for Global warming or Climate change advocates and put your mind at rest.

Your letter Ms Schiller seems to have a lot more "me" than "we" in it and I drive Rose a lot and the amount of bicycle traffic is minimal compared to vehicle traffic. I applaud the Council for paying attention to the majority of the Rose Street business's and participants.

Maybe the Union should have used the $850,000 that was given to a campaign fund and utilized it on education benefits? They want to spend more taxpayer money but not there own!

Do I see the tears and the violins - Why not propose something reasonable such as a swimming pool instead of a $10 million water park. For $10 million they should be able to build 5 swimming pools.
