There is a marble bench on the north west corner of the circle overlooking the Gazebo and I am planning a second one. If more people did that there would be more benches!! Maybe start a ring around the Gazebo approximately twenty yards in to allow for booths on the outside perimeter during the 4th of July, etc.
Kudos to Igor- to!!
namvet60-Is it just me or have you succeeded in getting paco-1234 to have a complete non-sensible conversation with himself? Lol!
Lara brought the vehicle to the scene of the collision while driving on a suspended license. He is 100% responsible for the outcome. You could design a loop in the road and Lara would still be 100% responsible for the death because he wasn't legally allowed to be there operating a motor vehicle.
Lara is 100% at fault.
Paco-1234 Capt. O'Grady was not rescued by your unit in Pisa Italy. He was rescued by a composite squadron of Marines from the USS Kearsage. If anything Gen. Fogleman risked O'Grady's life when he announced at a change of command ceremony that they were receiving intermittent transmissions from O'Grady. The two Super Stallion helicopters picked him up with a total of 7 minutes on station and turfed at 175 knots at 150' off the deck receiving small arms fire and attempted missile locks on the way out. He was rescued by the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit/Special Operations Capable. 24th MEU/SOC. aboard a helicopter belonging to the Wolfpack.
I've paid into Social Security and Medicare my entire adult life and have collected a total of not one cent. PeggyJoy please enlighten me as to how much I have to reimburse the Government? These payments are taken out of my paycheck automatically, so yeah they are forced on me. These funds have been robbed by both democrats and republicans for over 40 years, but only the liberal democrats add to the theft by concluding that I would somehow owe them a reimbursement.
A lot of the people writing those checks are elderly. They do that to stall for time because the only human contact they may have that day is the clerk. If you watch they also tend to have favorite cashiers that they go to. In that case I have no problem waiting for them. How about scratch ticket winners that stand at the register and scratch off tickets while your trying to pay for your items.
It's important that the UB publish this type of thing as a reminder that they walk among us. Kind of a public service alert. lol.
When I left the military I left my gun behind too. They wouldn't let me keep it!
