Wa-Hi student's journey to pain-free life

Bethany Voss has lived in the Walla Walla Valley since she was born, living the life of the all-American girl. At 16, the honor student is an accomplished equestrian and musician. Bethany, the youngest of three, is involved in her church and community. Last fall, however, migraine headaches began torturing the Walla Walla High School sophomore. For nearly six months, the teen was held hostage by pain, hiding from every sliver of light and whisper of sound. No conventional medicine or therapy helped and the situation looked hopeless until the Voss family learned of a little-known procedure called the Reed Procedure.
